This project was done in 2018, and was a project done in Architecture CAD 1. We had to build a Tiny House for a client out of a shipping container. With the shipping container, we could cut it, remove walls, but we could only add interior walls, no walls could be add to the exterior.
This is a description of what the Tiny House would contain and have inside of it. The client wanted to live as off the grid as possible
This is the Lot Plan of the Tiny House. We were told to build a house that connected to a river and it was on a 1.4 acre lot.

This is the Furnished Plan for the second story of the Lake House. In this house, it contains a guest wing/apartment above the garage but is connected to the rest of the house.
This is the Window Schedule Floor Plan for the Lake House. Similar to the Door Schedule, each number by a window corresponds with the number in the schedule. The schedule includes, the size, head and sill heights, and style for each window in the house.

This is a three bedroom, single family home that I designed during my Independent Study. It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open floor plan kitchen, living, and dinning, a pantry off the kitchen, laundry room, and two car garage. It is a total of 2015 square feet. Completed in the Fall of 2019.
